Hi ,liver function tests are deranged,that means your liver is hampered due to viral or any other causes.( like alcohol) .Also Hdl is low that increases likeliines of heart diseases(but not the only factor).

Liver function tests suggetive of indirect bilirubin is increased
But no need of treatment
Still ALT is increased that suggestive of liver infection - viral
Other report suggestive of HDL is reduced - that need to do exercise.
All other reports are very normal
