Hi, for corns we have wonderful medicines to cure it and to prevent it....corns mainly occurs in the pressure area of the sole of foot...where the dead cells get accumulated constantly which should be removed on and off......with pumice stone it is applicable both for men and women....there are medicinea like acid nit,  anti crud, ferrum picricum, radium bromatum, veratrum viride, salicylic acid...to cure corns within a month...details like pain in corns? inflamed or not? hard or soft corn ? is required to prescribe medicines...

soak your feet in warm water + rock salt solution for 15-20 mins......then remove the dead cells on your sole with pumice stone.....do not rub the corn area... u can pat it dry....do this alternate days....
