Are you sure its an pull?
When did it start paining...was it after u stretched u r muscles or after an exerction activity?
Usually a pull should be receptive to stretching and ice application along with rest......since 10 days have passed and pain is still there...means it may or may not be a simple pull.
Get back online with exact symptoms and history of pain for proper guidance and treatment plan.
