My father is having problem of hard testicles from last few weeks and having pain in sitting posture that presses it. He had undergone prostate laser surgery 8 months ago. What is the treatment for this

R u sharing last time when surgeon seen him did u not shared d issue or this issue recently occurred if so screen by usg whole abdomen n usg scrotum sure general surgeon is right person to consult.
