I am getting hard stools since a week so is it safe to have hard stools or is it unhealthy.what should be done.

Hard stools are responsible for a number of sure shot complications including fissure, piles, fistula, diverticulosis and there associated complications. It should not be continued. Diet is the best treatment but till diet helps medicines should be used.
