Difficult to say .. put picture of swelling .. can be a lipoma/ganglion... if no pain / radiation... can rule out few other swellings like neurofibroma... history like any other swelling in the body / family history is also important
Next Steps
Post a picture of swelling with hand and forearm ... investigations can be done after that

Hello Need to know few more details How long has the swelling been there? Was there any trauma before the swelling started? Is the swelling increasing in size? Is it painful/warm?
Next Steps
more details required preferably visit nearby surgeon/physician for clinical examination if possible or share a clinical photograph of the swelling
