Dear DOCTOR. Im facing a hand tremor issues for the past 12years. Even I couldn't lift to have a cup of tea. I'm getting literally nervousness and distressed before a people gathering. I tried to skip the coffee or tea bcoz of the issues. I have been with general doctor advise ihave checked thyroidliver function and other majot tests. butcouldn't get the results as on date. Plz advise

Hello, There are numerous cause of tremors. 12 years is a long duration and its distressing for sure. There are medications available for the same. You need to have a detailed assessment to know the reason behind your tremors.
