My mom left hand thumb finger side getting swelled suddenly when she fold down the hand its looks like swelling if hold the hand normally doesnt look swelling plz suggest me i ll put the picture below

That's a ganglion cyst. Don't worry , but see an orthopedic doctor for evaluation.
