Since you're already on Syndopa for Parkinson's, this finger stiffness is most likely a motor fluctuation or dystonia related to Parkinson's — it's common and not the same as paralysis. These episodes often happen when the medication effect starts to wear off between doses. That said, at your age and with BP, it is worth ruling out TIA (mini stroke) as well since both can cause brief episodes like this. Please mention this to your neurologist so they can review your Syndopa timing and do a proper check.

No need to worry this intermittent finger stiffness that resolves quickly is usually not paralysis 👍 At 71 years it can happen due to muscle cramps, mild arthritis or nerve irritation and often improves with proper care. Book a quick consultation with me now I’ll assess it properly and give you a clear plan for relief. 😊
