Half molar has been broked
I had a cavity in my second last teeth so doctor suggested me to put cap because it almost ruined. Afterwards it's broke partially automatically so don't know what to do . Same thing happened in second side as well.
U can get it extracted and get an implant placed there to replace the tooth. For the second side u need an x ray.visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for extraction and implant placement. Implant can be placed immediately also if sufficient bone is available.

Cap is usually done after root canal has been completed. If your tooth is restorable and has enough tooth structure left it can be capped. If not then you may have to opt for extraction and replacement of that tooth. Clinical examination is required for proper diagnosis.
