Hairline fracture

Hi, I got my ankle fractured a month ago. Doctor had done this casting and asked me to keep it for a month. It's now been a month and got it removed. The fracture appears to be healed. May I know after how long can I get back to doing my regular walking and exercising?

If your fracture has healed, then, 'gradual return to usual activities' is the dictum to follow. You should also do physiotherapy and fomantation.

Hello, it will need an evaluation. But in general if there are no other injuries, 4 more weeks and you can gradually start walking and exercising. Should not take more than that. But yes,  go slow, do not jump into heavy exercising immediately.  Increase duration and intensity week by week. Hope this helps
