Hi im seema and im having big hairfall issues and im getting bald patches by that and also i have dadruff too i have tried some shampoos but they didn't helped day by day the quantity of hairfall is increasing pls help and tell wht should i do or take any medicine pls help 🙏🏻🙏🏻
