Hair Root infection on hand

Hi I was having hair root infection 2 years ago and got reduced after consulting dermatologist. Problem surfaced again this year Jan and bump increased in size in red with fuss in it, consulted physician, removed fuss with 3 consultations with dressing and used antibiotics and reduced at that time but this again surfaced now and took practo online treatment and prescribed with Mupirocin ointment and Levofloaxacin. But the Levofloaxacin caused side effects of stomach burns and cramps and so I stopped so Doctor prescribed Azithromycin and which seems to be banned in all medical shops due to pandemic. Can you please help with alternative and easily available medicine as the bump and pain are increasing on each day and I also wonder why it is surfacing quite often and would appreciate if  permanent solution is suggested. Thanks much.

This seems to be chronic folliculitis. this can be treated, but treatment has to be continued for a little longer. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
