With PCOS i have observed hair thinning gradually and hair fall too. Is there anything genuinely effective to cover the baldness due to hair loss and grow back hair and prevent hair fall? There are so many medicines, expensive serums, ayurvedic etc . I want to know if there is something actually effective and worth the thousands we spend on. Be it oil, gummies. Apart from regular exercise, stress management, diet control what else to do that can help with scalp healthy hair growth and prevent hair fall.

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Complete history and investigations are required for treatment. Using over the counter medications is not going to have effect on hairfall. Kindly do online consultation with a dermatologist for proper treatment
