Hair fall issue. Pimples on scalp.

Hello doctor! My head is constantly itchy and is very oily even after a day of washing it. I have small pimples on my head and when i scratch the pimples hurt a lot or are tender. The dandruff has hardened in patches it seems. I think due to this i am having a hairfall issue. My brother is also having a similar set of these symptoms. Please help.
