Hair Fall Issue

It's been a month I have been having hair fall. The two factors I feel responsible is that for the first time I had colored my hair. And the second is I used hair gel for 15-20 days continuously. I don't know what to do now. Please help me as it is very depressing to see the number of hairs I lose daily. Even sideways my scalp is slightly visible now.
