Hair fall issue

I've started to have severe hair fall past few weeks. I'm shedding a bunch every time I comb my hair. I usually maintain good hair hygiene (not combing when wet, keeping them in loose braid). I use basic shampoo (Tresemme) . I don't use conditioner as it makes it greasy. I have oily and dandruff prone scalp. Please suggest what should I do to stop the hair fall?

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Hairloss is multifactorial. A proper history and examination is needed. Shampoos dont help hairfall. Medications are needed and that depends on a proper examination.

Hello dear. Dandruff makes you loose hair. So does many other things. A proper medical history, evaluation, scalp examination is necessary to give you accurate advice For starters, you should be using a good anti dandruff shampoo and not OTC products Use a conditioner as it makes your hair manageable and less prone to damage For best results, consult with me directly via Practo pro app Or Visit my Clinic in New Delhi
