I am a gym goer. From last 5 months I have started taking whey protein supplements. My average intake of protein is 50-70 grams per day . Since I started taking it I m experiencing huge hair fall . I want to know whether it is due the protein i am taking or something else . Further what I can do regain my growth of hair back or normalise it .

The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist. Whey protein may or may not be responsible tnd to tell that exactly certain blood tests are needed. Next Steps
Start on biotin supplements and food rich in iron content. Use a milder shampoo and consider frequent shampooing and conditioning.
Health Tips
Apart from active pharmaceutical medicines, a healthy diet and lifestyle is mandatory to achieve results.
