Hello I'm a 19 yr old Medical student.Recently I have seen my hair falling drastically and the thickness is also reducing.It started back in December but now it has reached a high point. I stay at hostel and the water there used for bathing is hard water. How can I improve my hair thickness and reduce hair fall. I have no previous history of hair fall, though my dad is  partially blad
