I have grey hair and also it started spreading to my beard, is there way that we can prevent. Do you suggest take treatment or solution to rectify?

Gerying/White Hair:- Tab-Kerablak once daily for 3 months. Blood test-Hemoglobin and T3,T4,TSH Hair fall:- Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month Tab. Hautvit Forte once daily for 3 months. Use Anaphase shampoo.Increase intake of protein diet & Green leafy vegetables. Check blood test for Thyroid & Haemoglobin.
