Hafna after running

Today while I was running with a 3yr old kid weighing 15kgs... I ran for few seconds but after that I felt like heaviness and hafna My cholesterol levels are fine... but I am not very much physically active after pregnancy...!! What should I do ? Is it fine ? Am I over thinking

It is normal when u walk or run with some wieght bearing u get easily get fatigue and breathing difficulty compared to walking or run single.U can have routine ecg ,echo if u have any firther doubts
