Haemorrhoids & Fissure

I'm having trouble with haemorrhoids for over 3 months now. And somehow I'm continuing to be constipated even after eating light food. I took Duphalac for 3 days and ended up with slight diarrhoea so today I took a tablespoon of Psyllium husk, can I still take a lower dosage of Duphalac now? I want to ensure I'm not straining to pass motion again. I'm really exhausted with this not healing.

You can use it but it may be worthwhile trying if Psyllium or Isabgol Husk alone can do the job. It may be better than Duphalac.

Isabgul is better to use, take warm water in morning and do excercise in morning which increase your bowel movement.
