Hello sir, Your blood test shows increase in total WBC count suggestive of infections and peripheral count suggestive of iron deficiency ,that's why you were started on heme tablet. 1. Do u have any stress? 2. Investigate for DIabetes ,hypertension and refractory errors. 3. Any signs of infection like fever, burning sensation while passing urine ??

See your MCV and MCH  are low, which means it is iron deficiency anemia. So you have been prescribed iron. Take the medication and you will be fine in a few weeks.
