Haemoglobin electrophoresis report

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I had done Haemoglobin electrophoresis test and found that everything is ok but there is one variant which is HbF having value 11.2. But the ideal range mentioned is < 2 %. So is there any health issues? What does it indicate and how to make it on level.
