Haematoma or placental abruption

Hi, just wanted to know if haematoma and placental abruption is same. Attaching my report. I just had some bleeding which did not last for for than 5 minutes and no bleeding since then. I am currently at 25 weeks. Do doctors mention in ultrasound if there is any placental abruption?

There is a hematoma in the ultrasound and it needs to be managed .i hope you are taking supportive treatments

In ultrasound there is no abruptuon or hematoma mentioned . Having said that you should understand that abruption is diagnosed in clinical examination and not on ultrasound basis. After 28 weeks only we can call it abruption before that we can call it retroplacental hematoma
