I had ectopic in right tube removal through laproscopy 10 months back. Now we tried again this month with HCG shot at 21mm follicle in left on day 12 and started drydoboon as endometrium was 6mm. Today on Day 23 I had very faint line on Urine test. Last night i had period lile cramps for a few minutes and right now i had some weird pulling and twinges feeling only on left side pelvis. For few minutes then mild cramping and back pain on left side only. My tube was checked laparoscopically it appeared normal but uterus has small fibroids and some adenomyosis. I am worried can ectopic repeat on other side too? Even with normal tube. ? Symptoms are very confusing and waiting is very tiring. I will again do pregnancy test in few days. But how soon can we detect ectopic to avoid surgery just in case.
