My LMP was at 24/09 . My periods are also regular sometimes delayed by 5-6 days. From last two weeks I was having breast pain , nausea and periods are also late ..so I took UPT at 29/10 ...two lines came but one line was faint. So I waited for 3 days went to gynac ..there also I did UPT ..two lines came but again one line was faint ...gynac suggested ultrasound after 10 days ...but on 03/11 I started bleeding and having stomach pain and I saw clots in blood ..I did ultrasound on same day but no pregnancy was detected...I did beta HCG test also ... Could anyone please tell me from my reports whether I was pregnant or not or I got my periods?

Repeat beta hcg and see there are two possibility 1) abortion happened and completed 2) very early pregnancy due to hormone deficiency or chemical or failure pregnancy We can confirm if u do repeat beta hcg if value increases then pregnancy ( in such case repeat scan after 2 weeks to see ectopic)
