I had a accident 2 months back and detected with ligament soft tissues Injury.i had proper rest and medicines now I started back to office.sometimes I feel pain and difficulty in walking after sitting for long and waking in morning. I have not done MRI as my condition is much better now but still some issue.in hiwm much more time I'm completely able to walk or run again. Any other precautions or antibiotics ya vitamin supplement for fast recovery.
