2 days ago my mother in law had a fall and has back pain and shoulder pain..what would u recommend...we have applied volini cream since two days..the pain seems to have reduced..what further consultation would u recommend...

U should get a x ray of the spine (of part where pain is present) and shoulders.  In old age, even a minor injury can cause fracture.
