I have been diagnosed with h pylori infection along with erosive antral gastritis and undergoing the HP kit medication (esomeprazole, clarithromycin, Amoxycillin) I want to know what fruits and vegetables i can eat. Can i eat chapati also? Currently i am only having khichdi, curd and bread and have started feeling weak. I ate one apple yesterday but bloating started due to it.

Considering your present condition I will suggest you to include more of rice and rice products. Upma is better to digest with H pylori But wheat might cause you bloating as gluten causes bloating.  Have egg whites or Sattu to catch up with Proteins. Includes millets to add variety. Fruits like Banana , Chiku , papaya can be taken. Apple try without skin it might be the skin which makes you bloated. Chew your food properly. Do Exercise in form of yoga or breathing exercises. Consult me on Practo online consultation for further details.
