Considering your present condition I will suggest you to include more of rice and rice products. Upma is better to digest with H pylori But wheat might cause you bloating as gluten causes bloating. Have egg whites or Sattu to catch up with Proteins. Includes millets to add variety. Fruits like Banana , Chiku , papaya can be taken. Apple try without skin it might be the skin which makes you bloated. Chew your food properly. Do Exercise in form of yoga or breathing exercises.
