Someone please help me. My age is 25, from the time my periods started they are very irregular I used to get for every 3 or 4 months and it lasted for 7 days. As people suggested that it is not good for health and I should consult a doctor I went to my family doctor twice or thrice. Then my problem started now I am getting regular period every mont
