My AMH is 4.43, but my transvaginal sonography didn't detect PCOS. Is this normal, or is there something wrong?

An AMH of 4.43 usually points to a healthy ovarian reserve for your age, not a problem. AMH does tend to run higher in PCOS, but PCOS itself is diagnosed by looking at your cycle pattern, hormone levels and the scan together, not from AMH alone. A clear transvaginal scan is a reassuring sign that your ovaries don't show the appearance typically seen in PCOS.
Next Steps
If your cycles are regular and you don't have other PCOS signs like acne or extra facial or body hair, this result alone isn't something to worry about. Discuss this with your gynaecologist at your next visit, carrying both reports so they're read together with your full history.
