Hi,
I am 27yr female, from last one week I am feeling unwell, vomiting or feeling like vomiting, nausea, dizziness,tired fatigue, stomachache, headache etc even shivering in hands and leg.
I thought I was expecting but today I found a spot on my panty with discharge.
What does it mean?
Am i menstruating or is it normal if I am expecting?

When was your last period?
If you are overdue by 5 days please do a Urine pregnancy test. That will give a more sure diagnosis than nausea and vomiting and dizziness and fatigue.
