Gums from back side of teeth are going down and tongue got to trapped between gum and teeth base ,it looks like a obstacle,plz help me to cure it

Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get a checkup done. get your scaling and polishing done. brush twice daily, floss regularly, rinse after every meal.
