I feel like the nerves in my gums throb. It's not pain but a restlessness. What is it? It really bothers

Hello mam.. your history seems you may have GINGIVITIS(GUM INFLAMMATION AND BLEEDING)... Gingivitis is due deposits such as plaque and calculus which causes gum irritation and bleeding If there is deposits found then complete scaling and polishing sould be done
