Hi sir...   Bleeding of gums (Gingivitis) is due to soft and hard deposits( plaque and calculus) .... Eventhough you brush regularly there is always some inaccessible areas in our teeth that causes food acuumalation that leads to bad breathe, gingivitis.... Get your teeth cleaned ( scaling and polishing) by dentists

You need to get scaling and polishing done ( cleaning of teeth). After that Home maintainence with twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash. If any other periodontal treatment is required your dentist will advise you further
