Hello doctors, Pls just tell me one thing If my guinea pig is alive after 12 days of biting me, can I be sure that he didn't give me rabies or should I take a rabies booster dose?

Yes. You can be sure that the guinea pig did not give you Rabies. An animal can transmit Rabies only if the virus is in the saliva, and by that time the disease has spread all over the body of the animal. So animal has to suffer and die. That is the logic of observing the dog for 8-10 days.
