Guduchi Intake rule

It has been advised by anl doctor ( Ayurvedic) to take Guduchi tablet for better immunity boost . So I start take from today . Now my question is - Is it good to take one tablet per day or one tablet twice a day ?.. Plz answer in detail.

Guduchi is very good immunity booster but 1tablet is not a dose.if it is of 250 mg.can take2- 2 tab easily twice a day.along with it,add more curcumin(haldi),sunthi(dry ginger) in your diet.

Twice tab in day it take empty stomach more beneficial  take 2 time morning and evening
