These days a simpler test is done to identify pregnant women who have Gestational Diabetes or who are likely to get Gestational Diabetes. It is known as Glucose Challenge Test. Please get that done after consultation with your Gynaecologist. I am not impressed by your GTT.

Fasting and 1 hr later sugars are within normal range. 2 hrs after test is borderline raised. No need to start insulin. Control your diet. Sugar monitoring cane done by glucometer later on. Consult your doctor for the same.
