There are two things in the ultrasound findings that need to be discussed
first the presentation of the baby is breech
if this continues to be the position at 36 weeks you will have to go for a cesarean section
second the dilatation of the renal pelvis which requires detailed evaluation ....if the double market test was done? if the anomaly scan was normal??
