Growth scan at 32 weeks

Hello doctor, mine is IVF pregnancy with PGT@ tested embryo ..it's my 32 weeks and 4 days so doctor recommended a growth scan. Here is my growth scan report..growth seems to be on lower side..hope it doesn't indicate any problem. I am eating lot of protein but i think it's not helping. Pls guide
