Growth and Doppler scan at 33 week pregn

I am 33 week pregnant.I am attaching my growth and Doppler scan report.My AC and FL is low. What does it mean??Will it effect my baby??How can I increase this??Does Fl affect my baby height??

Not a very good situation. The femur (thigh bone) length and Abdominal circumference are very low. That means the baby is suffering from growth retardation. Even the amount of liquor is less. Please discuss with your Gynaecologist regarding the management. Many Doctors follow different protocols for management.

Now its not so much to worry as doppler values are normal but repeat it every 2 weeks
