I have 28 teeth in which 3bridge r present, so I am disqualified from police medical exam , I want to grow up 3rd molar so that my teeth become 32, 2. Or any option available to transplant teeth from other person,in place of bridge

I don't know why they have disqualified you for dental bridge/missing natural teeth . It's  weird reason. You can take legal opinion for that.
