Sir I m very short, below average height. Plz suggest me something to grow after 25years.. I m frustrated

At this age I don't think so you can increase your height you better do some physical exercise and play some outdoor games like basketball, throw ball.

To be v honest after a certain age our long bones get fused so actually there is no scope of height increment now
