My son fell down and got broke a small piece of his front tooth a year back..now it turned into grey colour

Broken tooth might be milk teeth I suppose as age is only 5... Now by 6 year permanent teeth will come in its place...just see if it  pains or not...if pain than consult the Dentist otherwise it will shed off on its own.
