Regards. A healthy life style, healthy foods without junk , no chemical or colors applications on hairs and no heating on hairs can save your hairs from greying. Rest some remedies on proper consultation. Thanks

When the body stops producing the pigment melanin responsible for the dark colour of hair, it turns grey. Although lack of nourishment and heredity are major reasons for greying, it could also be due to excessive use of tobacco, and smoking or emotional stress.
Next Steps
Amla is an excellent remedy for treating premature grey hair. Boil some pieces of Amla in coconut oil till it turns black and massage your hair with it to cure your grey hair, naturally.
Health Tips
Mix almond oil and lemon juice in a bowl and apply on scalp and hair, Leave it for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild shampoo.
