My son is five months old hes poop is a bit greenish. Is there anything to panic. Please suggest if any medical help is required.

Any change in milk composition( formula, cow or breast milk) along with some viral infection can cause green stools.
Next Steps
if it continues more than a week and consistency becomes loose, pls visit a Pediatrician
