Green poop appearing by 5-6 months in an exclusively breastfed baby is normal, it occurs as a part of teething process. Babies tend to put everything into their mouths, make sure to keep toys clean Dark green poop is also seen if your baby is on iron supplements Also check for readiness of baby for starting food, by 5.5 months you can try introducing sips of water, once turned 6 months start liquid food
