Hi dr,my child is of 9 years old undergone surgical circumcision before 6 weeks and their are some granules like sturcture that are not getting flat they are not increasing in size but not looking good , am attaching the images kindly have a look ...kindly help me out thanking u ...

These bumps/granules are nothing of concern if there is no redness or pus discharge. I can see nothing like this is there in the image. These will go away with time.  So don't worry.

At 6 weeks after circumcision, small granulation tissue or healing bumps can be normal. If they are not increasing in size, painful, bleeding, or causing discharge, they are usually not concerning.
