Granular pharyngitis

I am diagnosed with Granular pharyngitis. Throat pains severely and this keeps happening once a month or two months. It takes almost a week to get cured. I have had my tonsils operated 10-12 years back. Is there a permanent cure for this? Whats the next best alternative if there is no permanent solution.

There are many causes for granular pharyngitis such as reflux laryngopharyngitis, post nasal discharge syndrome, smoking, alcohol, etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
